MELBOURNE packaging billionaire Raphael Geminder has quietly secured majority control of small Sydney packaging company Pro-Pac, the group he wants to turn into a $1 billion enterprise by 2017 through a growth-by-acquisition strategy. Late last month one of Mr Geminder's private companies took advantage of a dip in the Pro-Pac share price to pounce on six million shares, which took his stake in the company from 48.3 per cent to 51.1 per cent.
